3. Seeking Professional Consultation
If you require professional guidance, personalised assessment, or medical advice, you should seek help from qualified professionals. Here's how to find legitimate services:
Licensed Medical Doctor
Consult your General Practitioner (GP) through the NHS or private practice. Always verify that the doctor is registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
Certified Movement Specialist
Seek professionals registered with recognised bodies such as REPS UK (Register of Exercise Professionals), CIMSPA, or similar accredited organisations. Always ask for credentials.
Medical Facility
Use registered medical facilities, NHS clinics, private hospitals, or accredited wellness centres in your region. Verify their registration and credentials before visiting.
Verify Credentials
Always ask to see professional qualifications, insurance certificates, and registration numbers. Legitimate professionals are happy to provide this information.
