About Corporealtherapy
Pioneering guided movement for modern life. We believe that thoughtful, intentional physical activity is the foundation of wellbeing for everyone—especially those navigating sedentary routines.
Our Story
Corporealtherapy emerged from a simple observation: millions of people spend their days at desks, in cars, and in front of screens. Over time, this sedentary reality takes its toll—stiffness, reduced mobility, diminished energy, and a creeping disconnection from their own bodies.
We recognised a gap. Traditional intense fitness programmes weren't suitable for those seeking gentler, more sustainable approaches. Clinical settings felt clinical. What was needed was a fresh perspective: guided movement that respects the body, builds genuine strength, and fits naturally into busy modern lives.
From its early days, Corporealtherapy has focused on creating a bridge between aspirational wellness and realistic living. Our approach combines evidence-based movement principles with an understanding that comfort, consistency, and sustainable habits matter far more than heroic effort.
Our Mission & Values
Accessible Movement
We believe guided physical activity should be available and appropriate for everyone—regardless of age, fitness level, or circumstance. Movement isn't exclusive; it's universal.
Sustainable Strength
Lasting change comes from consistency, not intensity. We teach you to build real, functional strength through thoughtful practice that fits into your life—not against it.
Evidence-Informed Practice
Our methods are grounded in movement science and real-world experience. We continuously evolve our approach based on what actually works for human bodies in daily life.

What People Say
"I've tried countless fitness programmes over the years. What sets Corporealtherapy apart is the focus on how movement actually feels in your body, not just hitting arbitrary targets. After six weeks of their guided sessions, I noticed real improvements in how I move through my day—less stiffness, more energy, genuine comfort. Finally, something that actually fits into my life."
Rebecca Thornton
Project Manager, Manchester
"As someone whose job keeps me glued to a desk, I was sceptical about whether guided movement could really make a difference. I was wrong. The sessions are thoughtfully designed, never punishing, and the approach actually teaches you how to maintain strength without needing constant intense workouts. This is real, sustainable improvement."

Our Approach to Movement
Understanding Your Body
We begin by exploring how your body currently moves, what feels tight or limited, and what your real-world activity goals are. This isn't one-size-fits-all; it's personalised assessment.
Guided Strengthening Sessions
Our structured movement sessions build functional strength through thoughtful, progressive activity. Each session respects your body's signals and builds consistency over intensity.
Sustainable Integration
You learn principles and practices that you can sustain independently. The goal is genuine, lasting improvement in how you move through daily life—not dependence on programmes.
